My health has always been a priority for me. I knew that what I ate, thought, talked about, and physically did all contributed to my well being. That being said, the health of teenagers and high schoolers in general is an extensive topic that requires more attention. It’s important to eat the right things, to stay active, to formulate a daily routine, and find different ways to alleviate stress and tension. Our health goes beyond our physical state. A healthy lifestyle additionally entails our emotional, mental, and even our spiritual aspects as well. So here’s to health, and learning more about it.
