My favorite holiday tradition is ringing the bells for the Salvation Army.
Each year, my family along with some of our closest friends come together to help fundraise for the Salvation Army. We gather many different types of musicians, dishing out carol after carol in front of the local Albertsons. Freezing our butts off, we usually crowd close together and do our best to catch some change in that big red bucket. The night is full of lots of laughs and great hot chocolate. Afterwards, we’ll usually stop on by Starbucks before heading home, just to pick up some coffee and continue with the holiday shenanigans. The holidays definitely wouldn’t be the same without this special night of bell ringing and memory making.
