Earlier this month, on January 20th, demonstrators marched in favor of women’s rights. The Women’s March of 2018, named after the march held last year, was in protest of our current president and the inequalities between men and women seen across the country. Here’s what some Orcutt Academy students thought about the march.  

 

Parker Merrill: “I feel like there is way too much focus on unimportant ‘problems’ which trivializes real problems other women experience across the world, like in middle eastern countries.”
